Justine's journey in hospitality began in her family's restaurant in Western New York, laying the foundation for her impressive career. At 18, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a hospitality degree, spending nearly a decade there before returning to her home state for a Master's in Sport Management. Her diverse experience includes developing the Academic Performance Program for the University of Buffalo's Division I athletics.

Justine's career took her to new adventures with Accor Hotel and Resorts, leading her to Washington, DC and Puerto Rico. Now based in Chicago, she has held two high-level roles in the hospitality industry, establishing herself as an accomplished Senior Hospitality Leader.

Justine possesses extensive expertise in guest service, event coordination, and restaurant operations, enabling her to effectively promote collaboration across departments for smooth operational execution. Her holistic approach to hospitality management consistently enhances guest satisfaction and drives operational excellence.

In 2024, Justine launched EmpowHer Hospitality, a platform to share her industry insights and empower women in the field. This venture showcases her commitment to advancing the hospitality sector and nurturing the next generation of industry professionals.
